Jayda is about to fold some laundry, something she hates doing, when she thinks of something more fun to do with it. She calls a friend and reminds him of the urges she sometimes gets, asking if he can come over help her like he did last time. Next time we see Jayda, she’s all tied up (done off-screen) and ready to be repeatedly gagged with her laundry. Her friend is happy to fill her mouth to capacity and seal it over and over.
