Zahn likes to have parties and as the fun level of those parties increases, the noise level usually follows suit. His unreasonable neighbor Je C does not appreciate this and has called the police to break up multiple parties in the past. Having a special party soon, Zahn goes over to Je C’s place to talk about it and hopefully prevent her from breaking it up.
