A series of robberies in Mia’s neighborhood has her worried her place might be next. She’s read in the news that the victims have been left tied up and gagged and she’s never experienced that so she’s worried she’ll freak out. Wanting to be prepared if the worst happens, she invites a friend over to tie her up in hopes that going through it will allow her to keep her head if she’s tied up during a robbery. Calling on what he’s seen in movies and on TV, her friend sloppily ties Mia’s wrists in front of her and smooths a strip of silver duct tape over her lips. Mia says it isn’t that bad and, in fact, is able to get free of the ropes and peel the tape off without much trouble at all, wondering if any robbery victims had done the same. Now more confident, she says goodbye to her friend and goes about the rest of her day.

Mia’s got her practice in just in time, as later that day a masked man sneaks into her house and grabs her from behind. Unfortunately, she soon finds out her preparations were sorely inadequate. Her arms are bound much more tightly across the front of her body and her ankles are tied with some rope between her big does even (done off-screen). She learns the tape gag she tried early was too easy when the robber walks in, stuffs her mouth with one of her knee high socks, and keeps it in place with tight turns of tan vet wrap. Mia can only helplessly struggle as the man goes through her possessions, looting as he pleases. He returns a short time later, thinking she can be made a little quieter. This time he packs a pink satin thong into her mouth and wraps 2-inch microfoam tape around her head. He tickles her some before making his getaway. Mia will have to tell her friend how much their idea of being tied up and gagged fell short of the real thing!
