While he certainly wants to see Jamie formally arrested and charged, he decides to torment her for a while before calling his old colleagues to come and get her, to make up for all the time she cost him. He locks her in handcuffs and makes her stand in front of him, knowing that she needs to pee and her to wait. Jamie's spirit is undiminished as she insults the retired cop, making her situation even worse, because when she reaches the stage of begging for access to a toilet, he naturally denies her, saying she will have to hold it until she gets to the police station. After a while, he makes the call to his old colleagues at the station, and they promise to send a car by to pick her up. He tells them not to rush, that he has her secure.
