Jasmine has been arrested in California for a crime she committed in New York, and to stand trial she is being transported across country, spending many days in handcuffs and shackles. Towards the end of the journey, she is the only prisoner left on board. The driver stops at a property owned by the company where they sometimes keep a prisoner overnight so that the driver can get some rest.
