Unenthusiastic to just give in and wet herself, knowing she would have to sit in her own pee four hours, Vonka tries desperately to move the key close enough to her hand to grasp it. It takes a lot of time but eventually she manages it. She doesn't have much time left before she can't pinch off her urethra any longer. She fumbles with the key but the handcuffs are an unusual design and she can't find the hole for the key. In her frantic efforts, she drops the key and knows then that it's all over. She wiggles her body desperately to try holding her pee, but after less than a minute she gasps as she feels pee stream into her panties. Because her legs are secured together, the pee travels down between her thighs in a rivulet, streaming down from her knees into her shoes and the floor.
