Carissa is busy at work in her office when a building alarm sounds and the doors automatically lock. Carissa immediately tries to get out but she can't, so she calls security to find out what is going on. It seems the alarm does not signal the need to evacuate the premises, but is instead designed to stop someone leaving with classified documents. Carissa is told that the situation will soon be resolved and that she should just sit tight. The trouble is, she was on the verge of going to the bathroom when the lockdown occurred, and now she really needs to relieve herself. She sits and squirms, crossing her legs and rubbing her thighs, then pacing back and forth in an attempt to suppressed the urge to pee, but she is so desperate. She tries the office door again but it is still locked. Unable to hold it much longer, Carissa starts to pull up her skirt, intending to squat down and go, but then she remembers the security camera and makes herself continue waiting. She manages to last a few more minutes but she really is bursting. As she paces, pee leaks out of her and runs down her legs. She stands in the corner where she hopes the security people will not have a good view of what is happening and wets herself. A minute later, she is standing in a large puddle and her panties and pantyhose are soaked. With nothing else to do until the door is released, Carissa sits back down in her pee-soaked underwear to wait.
