Sinn starts off her day of desperation by holding her pee while naked; always a difficult thing to do. She talks to the viewer throughout, teasing and enticing, having fun with her need to empty her full bladder. She squeezes her nipples and pushes a finger between her legs as she struggles to wait a bit longer, gasping and moaning with the effort of delaying the moment of release.
