Here, the idea was for Lydia to see how long she could stand still and not squirm or crotch-grab while needing to pee. She frequently lapses, then makes herself stand still again. She goes on like this for quite some time, assuming that when the discomfort is great enough, she will release and pee on the floor. But no.
