Tara has been pulled over by an off-duty cop who felt it his duty to stop her speeding at more than 90 miles per hour. Tara claims that she is in a hurry to get home because she is desperate to pee, so for her the timing of this stop could not have been worse. The cop does not accept her excuse, and asks for her credentials. When Tara admits that she does not have them on her, the cop makes her get out of the car and places her in handcuffs.
