If she is to wet herself, at least if she is outside the vehicle the pee will run down her legs and won't collect quite so much around her butt, meaning she won't have to sit in a large puddle of piss afterwards. She curses the cop as she struggles to extricate herself from the vehicle, and then finally manages to piss herself while standing.
