Lavender is trying to remain professional while she sits at her desk absolutely bursting to relieve herself, and dealing with an unhappy customer who demands a refund - he won't leave until he gets it. Lavender hopes and prays that her colleague will return from lunch and will take over before she, Lavender, is to wet herself in front of this difficult customer.
