The backstory is that Emily is working alone at the office when burglars break in. They leave her tied to a chair with zip ties and white duct tape stuck over her mouth to prevent her raising the alarm. Being tied up in not her biggest problem, however - while busy working, she had been putting off a visit to the bathroom, and now she is sitting there with a bladder filled to bursting point. She tries to hold on until someone finds her, but she is so desperate for relief that she has no choice other than to wet her trousers.
