Jayne's car has broken down, and she has called for a mechanic to come and help her. She is desperate to p-e-e and the mechanic is taking his time. In fact, he hardly seems to be doing anything at all. When Jayne says she is going to a nearby house to ask to use the bathroom, the mechanic talks her out of leaving. Soon after this, Jayne loses control of her very full bladder and wets her skirt and pantyhose.
