Amo Morbia and Edie were protesting without a permit when Officers JB and Lucky arrive to quell the disturbance. The ladies are hard core protestors - they don't even wear shoes because because they are so into rights. And they threaten to sue the officers if they aren't treated right. So after cuffing them JB and Lucky decide to avoid getting sued by worshiping the feet of the prisoners.
