Angelique Kithos and JB got into a domestic dispute and when the cops arrive they couldn't clearly see who was at fault so both were arrested. Now, in a strange twist the police decide to make them spend time in the same holding area, but have left both prisoners in their cuffs, and since Angelique tried to kick an officer, she's shackled too.
