Anna has been tied up on the floor in the damp basement cell. She's got her hands tied together in front, and her bare feet are tied together and strung up to the rafters, lifting her feet off the floor and leaving her quite helpless. Her captor comes in with a plan to enjoy those feet, but he starts by cleaning them off - using a brush to clean them and tickling Anna in the process.
