Chichi Medina was loitering, and the plainclothes cop arrived on the scene and could tell right away that he needed to take a better look at her. Possibly it was the amazingly large rack or the sexy feet peaking out of the heels, but either way she needed to be checked out further. When Ms. Medina acted suspiciously she sealed her fate - arrested, frisked, her top opened and her shoes removed so the officer could do a more thorough check.
