For Halloween we have a darker theme than usual - a helpless damsel facing her in the electric chair. Tina Tink is strapped in, and in this prison the must place the electrodes on the head and the toes. And that's what first necessitates some good old foot worship - those toes need to be nice and wet so that the juice can flow right. Luckily for Tina, and all of us, the governor calls, and in his Solomonic wisdom decides to save the hottie - because she'd make a good foot slave.
