Officer Fidele was minding her own business when Aimee Jackson ran up to her and started asking her about her handcuffs. When she reached for Officer Fidele's cuffs, the officer caught a whiff of alcohol on her breath. She arrested Aimee and put her in cuffs then took her to the station to and helped her change into her orange jumpsuit.
