We enter a living room to see Toby Springs tied tight to a chair. He struggles against the chest tie that pins his arms to his sides as his arm muscles flex for freedom. Toby is scared for his life, he's been taken captive in his own home by an unknown man. As he cries for help into a tight cleave gag, he tries to maneuver out of the complicated wrist to ankle tie under the chair. Toby is struggling so hard that he begins to break a sweat. Toby's legs start to ache as he struggles against the tight white rope tying his knees together.
