THERE ARE CERTAIN TRAINING ROUTINES THAT MIGHT BENEFIT WOMEN MUCH MORE SO THEN MEN..ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR THE QUEEN OF FITNESS PORNOGRAPHY...WITH THAT I HAVE TO PERSONALLY ENSURE CERTAIN MUSCLES ARE SENSUALLY TRAINED AND MANAGED EFFICIENTLY TO ENSURE AND ACHIEVE MY TRUE OVERALL FITNESS OBJECTIVES.
