AS A BODYBUILDER, SOMETIMES GETTING PUMPED IS ABOUT GETTING JACKED! As a well acclaimed MEATHEAD I am pumping iron constantly...I try to EAT as many calories as possible to build an OLYMPIC muscle-bound physique. With all the supplements on the market..from the PRE-WORKOUT, too the AMINOS, to the POST-WORKOUT..it is hard to determine which products are good and which ones are a waste of money. More then any other supplement, I depend on PROTEIN the most; PROTEIN allows for those extra grams of PROTEIN necessary to gain and sustain muscle mass.
