When they see the face in the floor, they think he's nothing more than part of the Halloween props & decorations & decide to fuck with him while no one else is around.
When the girls enter, to help keep up the haunted house illusion, please have them kind of scared. Just like you would when going through one in real life. You're expected to be grabbed or people to chase you! BUT when the girls decide to fuck with the guy in the floor, their personalities change. They are really mean girls. It's Halloween.
