Welcome to week 3 of my cbt challenge :) You will need a heavy book.
Challenge details: Each week you will complete 7 different task daily. By the end of the 4 weeks you will wish your dick didn't exist! If for some reason you can not complete a challenge you will tribute $25 for letting me down. Each video will start you off with the 1st task of the week. At the end I will reveal the next 6 task, which you will complete on your own.
