Custom: So the first part would be really short, you would just get me started on a new "exercise journey" : I'd have to do 120 push ups, 120 bulgarian split squats (60 on each leg) 60 legs raises and 20 pull ups evereyday, 6/7 days (with sunday as a rest day), and increase each week the number of reps by 2 (So on week 2 i will do 122 push ups, 122 bulgarian 62 legs raises and 22 pull ups), on week 3 124/124/64/24 and so on.
