After this they are over to the table, up on it and then hogtied silly. With rope
around their ankles, below their knees, above their knees and around thighs. Finally hogties are applied to them connected to their chest harnesses.

man adding another weight to the end of it as he runs it over the pulley as well. Now both P.I's have a
