Rene has not only been driving while disqualified he has bumped the car. he pleads for a spanking instead of being reported and getting a heavy fine, or worse. So its a deal and he has to strip off and bend over for a super hard cane set, for both driving when he shouldnt and bumping the car. He gets some super welts as a lesson in obeying the rules and hopefully he will remember this and not do it again.
