Anyone who tells you that there isn't an art to administering punishment are talking through their asses. There are way too many variables to consider for it not to be recognized as art. Take for example restraint, dishing out punishment is all about knowing how much your subject can take without being too soft and too hard. Trust me fellas, it's harder than it looks.
