I tried this challenge in a previous video. I try to hold my toe spread for as long as I can without scrunching or straightening up. This time I try it with 2 different types of spreads. One spread I do is where I point my big toe downwards, which doesn't give me the full wingspan spread, but still makes a nice impressive spread. The other spread I do is I point my big toe upwards and that's what makes my full on wingspan spread. I do both of these spreads and try to hold them as long as I can. I also talk about my spreads the whole time.
