In this clip I put my toe spreading skills to the test and see how long I can hold my spread for without scrunching. I didn't make it the whole 15 minutes, but I was able to hold it for quite long stretches before getting a pain in my big toes. I took this as a nice workout, maybe I'll be able to do it for longer as I am constantly exercising my toe spread. While I spread I talk about my spreading, how I trained myself to do it wider, how I think I could improve, etc.
