Poor Beatrice needs to go out on an errand but knows how difficult it will be struggling in her cast. So she steals herself with a few drinks while she uses the toes of her good foot to massage her exposed casted toes on her good foot. The she gets dressed and first tries crutches but then decides to use her mismatched cast boot instead. When she's ready she struggles down the stairs does her errands and struggles up them again.
