Britney crutches down to a cafe on the river edge to meet her friend gimping noticeably on her heeled cast when she puts it down to try and walk on the dusty sharp gravelly ground to try and protect her exposed toes. She finds a stoop by the riverside where she can put her casted foot up rest it and wiggle her pretty exposed toes without worrying about the sharp little rocks under her bare sole.
