(English) Britney comes home form a fool day of work on he one high heel with her cast foot aching in her flat cast shoe and her long cold toes sticking out of it. With her hand also in a cast she has a hard time doing things and calls her neighbor up to help her change into something more comfortable and a single sneaker and to help clean the house while they speak.
