(English) Candy is coming home after a rough day of class on the her first day back after her accident. Her underarms ache, her exposed casted toes are cold and her casted foot aches. Worse yet the boys were making fun of her and calling her gimpy and twinkle toes because of the silver nail polish she decided to use to make her five pretty toes look nice. She is happy just to crutch to the bus stop and for the day to be over. She sits down and props her heavy casted foot up to relieve her throbbing swollen foot and icy toes.
