(English) Candy is coming home after a rough day of class on the her first day back after her accident. Her underarms ache, her exposed casted toes are cold and her casted foot aches. Worse yet the boys were making fun of her and calling her gimpy and twinkle toes because of the silver nail polish she decided to use to make her five pretty toes look nice. She is happy just to crutch to the bus stop and for the day to be over. She sits down and props her heavy casted foot up to relieve her throbbing swollen foot and icy toes. While she waits her old "frenemy" strolls by from the other school...

(English) Candy is coming home after a rough day of class on the her first day back after her accident. Her underarms ache, her exposed casted toes are cold and her casted foot aches. Worse yet the boys were making fun of her and calling her gimpy and twinkle toes because of the silver nail polish she decided to use to make her five pretty toes look nice. She is happy just to crutch to the bus stop and for the day to be over. She sits down and props her heavy casted foot up to relieve her throbbing swollen foot and icy toes. While she waits her old "frenemy" strolls by from the other school and is very surprised to see her after so long. They used to go to school together but this girl was never as smart or as pretty and ended up at a weaker school then the one Candy goes to, and has always been envious of her success and beauty. The conversation starts off innocently enough, she is surprised to see Candy and asks what happened and about her cast while she points at it, making Candy more than a bit self-conscious. Then she rubs it and with her pinkie finger she steals a tickle of poor Candy's vulnerable sole. Candy just laughs although she doesn't really want to, but what can she do? Her friend talks her ear off and continues to focus on her cast while they wait for the bus making Candy more self-conscious about her casted foot and five protruding toes. Finally the bus doesn't seem to be coming and Candy decides to excuse herself even though her foot aches just so she can crutch home to get away. However, her "friend" says she'll walk her part of the way. As Candy crutches down the street with the girl in tow, she has a surprise for the poor crutcher. She takes Candy's crutches away and makes her hop around to get them back, Candy hops furiously to get them and occasionally must land on already aching bad foot with a thud. Her merciless frenemy continues her punishment by giving Candy only one crutch back and daring her to get the other. Candy struggles to until finally she gets them back...
