Her friend assists her in getting up the steep stone stairs. Once up, her friend pulls any remaining stones from under the sole of Jade's one good shoe. Eventually, her friend gets tired of all the babysitting and steals Jade's crutches, requiring her to hop on one leg to get them back. Using a single crutch, she retrieves the second one. When Jade is finally reunited with her crutches, they take a selfie together before her friend pushes her from behind to get further up the steep path.
