Kelly is wearing a fiber version of the real med cast she had when we first met her. She's going out to a club with her step-sister so she wants her cast to look good since she'll be wearing only one shoe with one set of toes sticking out of her cast. Her [real] step-sister helps her decorate her cast with markers while Kelly picks at her cast heel. Kelly is also concerned that her cast is dirty around her toes.
