When Liz finally gets back into the office after the unexpected home visit by her boss, She is really depressed, its a fashion agency so her boss makes her wear a heel, but she can only wear an open cast boot on her casted foot and the one she got is too short so her pretty toes hang out over it and are even more vulnerable in public transportation etc.. in addition it has no heel and she hobbles around unbalanced which is REALLY tiring and makes her leg hurt.
