Lucia is going crazy in her house nursing her LLC and needs to get out. So she puts on her jeans with the one leg specially cut out for her fully casted leg. She's gotten pretty good on crutches and the fresh air feels good, even on her exposed casted toes despite getting them cold. So she wiggles and curls them (nice closeups) to warm them up before proceeding down the public path near her home. Navigating down the road on crutches and navigating curbs her bad foot starts to get achy and she needs to prop it up.
