Problem is that its cold outside and Lulu's poor cute little exposed toes are really freezing as she also tries to get used to her crutches in a wet grassy hilly park. her friend tries because she's been in a cast and on crutches before. She helps Lulu adjust her crutches and to help see if it's easier to walk on one or two crutches in her cast heel. Finally, it stood much for poor Lulu, and she must sit down to rest her freezing cast foot. Her friend has her prop he leg up on so she can massage her toes with her warmer hand and even cups her exposed foot so she can blow hot air onto it. She shows her how wiggling her toes help keep them warm Lulu's toes are still cold though and her friend finally pulls out a big woolen sock, but on cold wet grassy leaves its of limited help and soon gets cold and clammy against her toes. So eh sock comes off and it's back to crutching on one crutch with her toes exposed.
