(English) Sentina needs a crutch to get around the office to balance on her single high heel because of her leg cast. But aside from struggling to walk she's also constantly fumbling with her naked toes sticking out of the cast because she feels they are dirty. When a colleague comes in and asks her to go down with for a break she complains to her too. Her colleague uses a dry towel to help clean Sentina's toes, but it's not enough for her.
