As she gimps home from school on her single crutch, finally able to get away from what feels like the whole school checking out her medically casted foot, single shoe and exposed toes poor Seyamon still can't get her mind off her cast. Her school shoe is a flat and the cast has a heel which makes walking difficult and unbalanced so she needs a cane.
