Her cast shoe provides little support and she finds herself wiggling and curling he toes to get comfortable in a part of the cast shoe that doesn't exit. In fact she needs to pull the shoe off completely it off to wiggle her toes and massage her foot. To even get to her exposed toes she needs to prop her leg up so she can bend over to massage then.
