But when she crutches in today with her full leg casted after her accident and her toes hanging out of it the boss seems less interested in her short leather skirt and fishnets and far more focused on her exposed casted toes and single sneaker. The boss is very unhappy with her mismatched footwear and makes Cassidy to put on a heel, even though the poor girl has to get around on one leg and on crutches. When Cassidy indicates she has no sock to cover her half naked cast foot the boss indicates that if she is going to be in the office with naked toes showing she'll need to show her toes are useful for something since everyone else must wear closed shoes. So, the boss throws a marker on the floor and has poor Cassidy pick it up with her toes and "hand" it to her with her casted foot. Then the boss has her prop her foot on the desk so she can play with her exposed toes and see how many items from her pencil box she can shove in poor Cassidy's cast to carry. She even decides to markup Cassidy's pristine cast to make it look "prettier", and Cassidy can do nothing but sit and watch her cast being marked up. The boss also makes Cassidy crutch around the office in her heel to show she is able to get around and then allows her to rest her leg on the office sofa but not without further toe play on her stiff casted leg.
