Then she continues her crutching but again needs to rest. She calls a friend to help her out while she wiggles and curls her toes. Soon her friend arrives with a cast sandal and helps put it on Dianne’s stiff casted foot because she can't reach it. Now Dianne is relieved she can put her foot down when she's crutching, but half her foot is still fully exposed. She'd like to ditch her crutches as well because they hurt her underarms.
