The angle of the cast compounded by the bar put tremendous pressure on the front of poor Zazie's exposed feet and the open cast shoes and cast dig into the top of her foot with each painful, crutching step. She soon has to rest on the couch while her friend gives her soft exposed soles and cute toes a refreshing massage and uses a folded tissue to massage her sensitive cleavage between each toe.
