Her big casted foot and long toes stick precariously out of her ill fitting cast boot, making it even more difficult as she tries to avoid stubbing her toe on the individual stair ledges. Meanwhile, stewardess Dorothy Black is late for her flight and is struggling down the stairs lugging her heavy carry on bag. Neither is looking ahead as Dorothy concentrates on her bag and Bianca on her exposed toes blasting out of her cast shoe covered only with sheer black nylon to protect them. They meet as neighbors for the first time as Dorothy's carry on runs over Bianca's vulnerable casted toes, ripping through her sheer nylons to create a gaping hole! Dorothy is besides herself with apologies as Bianca whimpers "My leg!". Screw the flight, Dorothy invites Bianca back to her flat which is only on the next floor and gingerly takes off her cats boot to inspect the damage. the cast is so long and stiff up her whole leg that Bianca can't even reach her poor toes! Dorothy Asks if she can rip through Bianca's already damaged nylons to inspect Bianca's toes and the half exposed sole sticking out of her cast and Bianca agrees. At first Dorothy tenderly kisses Bianca's naked casted toes, especially the Big toe she rode over with her luggage. However, when she see's how positive the reaction is she really goes to town on them, licking and sucking Bianca's five long digits as the clothes come off.
