After her hip operation Lia lays pitifully in her hospital bed beginning to realize how immobile she really is. She needs the nurse to come in to massage her exposed numb toes. She is embarrassed when the hospital staff leave her uncovered and her shaved beaver exposed, and even more embarrassed when they do their checking "down there" ast her cast opening.
