(English) Lyen comes to visit her BFF Dorothy in her hospital room. Both were in a car accident and with damage to her Achilles tendons Dorothy is immobile in two short leg casts with toes pointed down. By contrast Lyen is in a better situation. She is in a full leg cast but has at least one good leg and can get around on crutches. When Lyen crutches in she immediately starts checking on Dorothy's exposed toes sticking out of her cast.
