(English) Tiffany is spending the third night in the hospital bored out of her mind and immobile due to a fully casted badly broken leg. She's gotten friendly with the night nurse who comes in to check her leg and her cute exposed toes to insure proper circulation. On her way out she asks if there is anything else she can do to make Tiffany comfortable. Tiffany motions her over and whispers something in her ear.
